Tata Motors — tata nexon xz+ bought on 8th oct 2019 having central locking problem as well headlight issues also front right side suspension is having issues | |||
I have bought tata nexon xza+ on 8th oct 2019. The day i bought the vehicle i observed both the headlights are having moisture, i captured some photos and the next day i got a call from tata motors for feedback. I did raise this concern and they gave me a number of gm concorde motors tathavade. I went there and upon inspecting the vehicle the person asked me to observe the same thing for a day or two and immediately come back if the same problem occurs again. After 2 days i observed the same thing and again went to concorde, they raised a request for new headlight assembly and assured me that i would be getting a call once they will receive the requested part. Now i am facing 3 more issues as below. 1) speed sensing center lock not working. 2) i am getting noise from front right side suspension 3) infotainment display clock is not working. I did call service center poc and told him that tomorrow morning i will be coming to meet him. My question is how many times should i visit concorde motors service center and how much time should i wait for these things to get repaired / replaced.
