It’s been almost a month since i gave my vehicle (Tata safari) to the focus tata vehicle dealers in kerala, and till today the service assistant team were unable to figure out the complaint of the vehicle.
I was being requested to transport the vehicle from thier kollam district branch to pathanamthitta branch and i did the same,
But unfortunately, both the team are not able to fix the complaint.
I demand an explanation from the tata team for this unprofessional service and a refund of amount.
And advise me where to fix my complaint
