Tata Motors — tiago car bill

This is Rashpal Singh, I bought a tata tiago XT car on 1st january, 2018. from Berkeley TATA Motors Industrial area, Phase 1 chandigarh . We have paid them 4, 50, 000 for the car, but the bills were provided very late for it and is of lesser amount than the payed money i.e., 4, 30, 085. other than this a bill of logistics charges of 6500 was given along with the bill of 500 for temporary number and number plate . we were told that we shall be provided with free accessory of worth rs 6000, an extended warrenty of 6000, and discount of 3000 for corporate . total discount that we have received till now is of 15, 000 . but we have received the bills of 4, 37, 085. when they were asked to pay the bills for rest of the money they were making excuses and their three executives failed to satisfy us and were having no answers to our questions . Now they are adding the discount money to the total price as well. They have charged extra money from us as could not give any answers to us and nor could provide the bills for the extra money.
so I want my excess paid money to be returned back as soon as possible
