Tata Motors — Tiago The Most Pathetic Car I have ever drove | |||
I bought this car from Aristo Motors Gurgaon in the month of July with reg no HR 26 CY 6914, this car from the very beginning tested my patience, be it fuel efficiency, engine missing problem, battery getting drained if not driving for mere 2 days. Is this some kind of a joke, I have bought a new car or an old car. The car is giving me troubles every day, and if this is the case with a new car from Tata Motors, then I would strongly recommend not buying this car, this is the most pathetic car in the segment and my experience with it is awful. The people in the service station are always helpless be it Aristo Motors or Arya Motors from where I take the services, they know nothing about the car, all they do is just write a mail to Pune team, and Pune team never comes up with a solution.I am feeling cheated after buying This car and want to return back the same and want my money back, as there is no point driving a crap car made by Tata, the most trusted brand of the country, this is how you guys betray us. As I can check, you have purchased on 07/10/16 & last serviced on 02/27/17. I suggest you to contact the customer care and ask the executive to transfer the call to breakdown team. In breakdown team, provide your vehicle details and ask them to take CSM of ARISTO MOTOR PVT. LTD. on line, mentioning the need of escalation. CSM is a Tata Motors employee, not dealership person, hence you can expect a positive resolution.
