Tata Motors — To Register a complaint of Dealer | |||
Hi, My Father (Mr. Pandurang Suhedar Deshmukh) has booked the Car Tata Altroz XZ Red ( 1.2 Petrol - 2021) through CSD (as he is a Retired Army Soldier) on 22nd Jan 2021 at Tata Motors Car Showroom - Bafna Motors Pune (Survey No 104/3, Mumbai Bangalore Highway Baner Pune, Maharashtra - 411045 India) They had told us that there is waiting up to 3-4 Months for Tata Altroz that is ok. But now they are telling us that it will require more time because of their internal issues. They told us that the Dealership of Bafna Motors is closed and transferring to some other Dealer, will require more time for receiving the car. If they have their internal problems, why they have not informed us while booking the car, we can connect with other dealers that time, after 2 months they are telling us about these issues. I need the car because my Father is suffering from 4th stage lung cancer and need to travel from Satara to Pune for treatment per week, it is very difficult and risky to travel by Bus due to this Pandemic situation and we cannot afford 3-4 Thousand per week while traveling by Car Rent. It's my humble request to kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
