[Resolved] Tata Motors — towing charges paid thrice | |||
I availed road side assistance back in the month of may, 2018. I was made to pay towing away charges thrice. The pos in the hands of the representative was faulty and so, my debit card was swiped twice. But since i was not receiving any messages from the bank, i was made to pay the towing away charges in cash. Later, i received mails from the bank saying that both the debit card transactions were successful. I contacted tata motors and they kept saying they did not receive any money from the bank. Since i did not receive any refund or positive response in this matter, i decided to take it up to my bank and filed a complaint in the bank.in response to my complaint, recently, i received a confirmation from the bank that both the debit card transactions were successful. This means tata motors has all the excess money that i was made to pay, towards the towing away charges. Again i mailed the tata motors customer service, the recent developments and they have not responded yet! I would like to get my refund and it has already been six months, since this issue! Feb 23, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved No steps have been taken by the company to resolve this issue! This issue has not been resolved yet! I have not received my refund! They called me twice and that's all! I am moving forward with this complaint to a higher authority! 3600 Rs. is not a simple amount for a student like me!
