Dear sir, We have purchase above truck from you. From starting battery is troubling a complaint was lodged. You sent at battery dealer gov ind marg near ganesh circle. He charged the battery instead of replacing it, problem not solved. Again battery started trouble. Again approached to govind marg distributor. He again charged the battery and hand our us. Now battery is again troubling truck is not starting. We request you to plz replace the battery. It is also came in our notice that you have given us both the batteries having lesser plats and not appropriate. I booked a 6X4 tipper, but after that i cancelled my booking.
From last month i am trying to refund my booking amount from the dealer.
He is saying that u have to go mumbai, etc
We need it on urgent basis
But he is saying that it will take time
