Tata Motors — unauthorised seizing of vehicle, unnecessary charges and ill treatment of customer and customer rights

We are a tata nexon customer bearing vehicle no. Tn07cm4134, which is purchase on jan 2018. Due to some business loss we were not able to make the payments in between which has been sorted out and the payments has been made regularly. We had a outstanding due of 2 month with is around 36, 000/- for which the vehicle was seized without any information or prior notification. This happened on 05.03.2019. But we have made a payment of 24, 000/- which they collected instead of rs.18413/- (Actual emi) on 20.02.2019. The act has been happened in 13 days from the last payment made which we feel is unwarranted inspite o[censored]s making the payment regularly. We did get any notification while making the last payment about the seizing of vehicle in case of the rest of the amount if not cleared. So there was not communication from tata motors. It was really disappointing that their executive create dramas and humiliates the customer and the family. They charge the customer for their own drama created. We layman hard earned money goes just like that in the name of charges. More over we had our office stock worth of rs.50, 000/- which has to be delivered to a customer and we incured a loss of that order, company's cheque book, swiping machine and cash of 7, 200/- cash was inside the car. I want to know my customer rights on this issue
1. Can the vehicle be seized within 10 days of the last payment made without any prior notification and for the outstanding of 2 emi
2. Can't tata motors review a customer's payment statement before executing such act
3. What for this happened just to take more and more money from the customer in the name of charges
4. Customer has to pay the emi, interest, charges for your own drama and also to take up insult and loss.
5. Don't you have any humanity, you cheating customer in the name of charges.. Each and every rupee we pay is our hard earned money, you snatch all those by the name of charges conducted by you

Now for the outstanding of 2 emi which is 36, 826/- tata finance is claiming us to pay 62, 000/- putting on all charges for their own drama. Its so painful why you want to build your company by legally snatching money from the customer. There is no support to the customer. Collection staff behaves the way they want with the customer raise their voice in the residence, creates drama in the middle of the road, if we call the office they support their executives action. No way to voice our pain. They taken the vehicle, if any damage also they are not responsible.
