Tata Motors — unprofessional tata customer care | |||
I am a tata customer, having a indica vista for almost 6 years. As a satisfied customer of tata product i eagerly waited last few months for the launch of hexa & nexon for the up gradation of my vehicle. I visited and tata website, collected informations about the vehicles. My business partner was convinced by my confidence in tata. We visted showroom (Concord motors – cochin, kerala) few times. We were impressed by the cars and decided to purchase 2 cars. As per our request for valuating my old vehicle, the executives done the proceedings and after a day they informed the rate. When i heard the price, really shocked. It was just 130000/- (One lakh thirty thousand rupees) only. Even i got 210000/- (Two lakh ten thousand) straight price offer from the market without taking any effort (Indica vista quadrajet vx – 2011 december, well maintained premium upholstery, kms - 110000) But unfortunately tata itself degraded and under valuated their own product. This made me rethink about purchasing a tata product again in future, as it cause a self regret. I submitted my concern to tata customer care. I got the reply in mail and a person call me on next day itself. He informed that territory manager will call and took after the issue. But no one calls or follow up. Tata may deliver good products they cant understand customers. Ie, humans. They are not professionals. I dropped the idea of purcahsing of tata cars in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
