[Resolved] Tata Motors — variation in demo car shown and the actual car given | |||
We were shown a demo car (Xza+ variant) with many features, the handbook also mentions all these features, but the car does not have them. The features deleted are as under rear fog lamp, rear charging point, rear camera display while driving, sensor switches on central console etc. We booked the particular version because it had all these features shown in the demo car. You showed one car varient and gave a different version without informing anything to us while delivering the vehicle. This actually is unacceptable and unprofessional and almost like a fraud. My experience is same. I purchased tata tigor from Concorde motors tathawade, pune. Showroom tata tigor xzo model had rear 12v charging socket but same is not present in card deliered to me. Concorde Motors told me tata motors has removed that feature. How can you remove good feature from new models? Generally new cars have additional features but in tata motors case is it reverse way? every month car price increases and every new model missing one or other features. Do you really want to increase your market share or not? I told one of my friend not to purchase tata tigor just because of my bad experience. If you want to contact me, pls call me on [protected].
