[Resolved] Tata Motors — vehicle is not delivered even after a long waiting period. | |||
I have booked a tata nexon xz petrol variant (White colour) on dec 15th from kht motors (Kundalahalli main road, bangalore). I booked for 2018 model of nexon because of the december offers. They promised that the delivery will be made within 20 days (By jan 4). I made the full payment on dec 22nd believing this. During the 1st week of january they are informing that 2018 model white color car is not available and there is no other option but to go for 2019 model. Till this date they are telling that they did not get the chassis number because the plant has not manufactured white colour nexon xz variant. I am waiting endlessly for the car delivery and the dealer says they didn't receive the chassis number yet. I booked and paid the complete amount during december itself because of the december offers, but now i am worried that the dealer will ask for more money and i don't know how long i have to wait. If i am not going to get a positive response i am going to cancel this car. Please help me with this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Now a day with the help of computer and mobile dealership can get live status of company stock and other dealership stock. but even after this facility they take money and after few days say no car available. Are Tata motor dealership chit with customer.
Request Tata motor authority has to take this issue in priority.
