[Resolved]  Tata Motors — vehicle not fixed

Hi there,
I have met with an accident on march 21st 2019 and my tata tiago was damaged so i submitted it to my local dealership i. E (Tata motors gola ganpati haldwani nainital) but it's been more then a month they didn't fix my car so for the same i contacted to my dealership and they said parts are not available yet, also i tried to contact tata motors consumer complaints mail box but guess what!!?? They are also not keen to reply on my problem, this is my last chance to aware tata management please show some ethics and professionalism to your customers and do the needful.

Hi,
This is been 55 days since my car is with my dealership and you are saying they have contacted me..!! No they didn't and if they have then show me the details of call, and also they are not responding in a proper manner and I called several times to the Coustomer care buy they are also not very helpful to me, so being said that my question to Tata and dealership is what and why take u completely 2 months to fix a car is there any specific reason for the delay?? Second is there any public relationship manager which is nessessary to apoint as per government rules if so then how can I approach him like contact information and let me assure you that if I am not getting resolution for aforementioned issue I am going to consumer court as this is out of my patience..
