[Resolved] Tata Motors — warranty period | |||
Respected Sir, Greetings from day ahead !!! I am Bhanudas Baburao Mulik owner of Mulik Tours and Travels, my vehicle is Concorde Motors Tathawade branch, fuel pump warranty period issue going on, I had purchased Tata Indigoecs Car (MH12 NX7327) from Concorde Motors Wakadewadi Pune branch from 2017, my vehicle is BS-III, And as per government norms last selling date of BS- III vehicle is 31 March 2017. I got vehicle from Concorde Motors Wakadewadi [protected]@ 20 July 2017 after 4 month of actual billing date, I rise objection on that time but Wakadewadi Manager Amrut sir inform me, my vehicle is BS-III and he can't give today's date of invoice due to government policy. He inform me if future any warranty related issue happen than he will definitely support. Last 2 year experience with Tata and Concorde Motors 1. My invoice amt and Quotation amt mismatch 2. My Insurance quotation amt and actual insurance payment amt different 3. As advisor promise Zero deep insurance policy on vehicle selling time but actually he had given normal policy. Note- due to 1st year normal policy Tata Motors Finance renew my 2nd year insurance policy as normal policy and I had loss 45000/- in this year due to my vehicle damaged. 4. Concorde Motors Wakadewadi team taken 17000/- extra amt for vehicle registration work ( for government officer manageing ) 5. Tata motors system my vehicle registration showing as Polekar Tour and Travels instead of Mulik Tours and Travels, wherever I visit for servicing my friend Ananta polekar received my vehicle feedback and when he visit servicing his vehicle feedback I got from last 2 year, I had submitted my all documents for your system correction purpose but still not completed. As vehicle manual book written vehicle warranty is 2 years or 75000 KM My vehicle full fill of both criteria. My vehicle currently running is 72000 KM Also my vehicle physically hand over date 20 July 2017 therefore my vehicle warranty period from 20 July 2017 to 19 July 2019 ( invoice date 31 March 2017 for government policy purpose ) Sir my case is genuine and I need your support because last 10 days my vehicle is standing mode and I am facing lots of financially crises.
