[Resolved]  Tata Motors — workshop experience

On[protected], at fairdeal workshop, gangyal, jammu, for my 3rd free service of tiago xz jk02cf0750, i was convinced by sa to purchase amc gold and get the service done under amc gold. The mechanics were literally not following any procedure, i had to direct for each job as i have learnt as an owner of a maruti car. I was not provided with any receipt or detail sheet of work done on my car but with a clumsy gate pass. I kept waiting for feedback call but was not contacted. I doubt my written feedback isn't tabled before the concerned and is faked with my forged signatures.
On[protected] i went for general checkup of my tiago xz jk02cf0750, under amc gold. Only cleaning and washing, net bolt checking was done, no body followed any procedure, wheel balancing and alignment checking was not done for the reason known best to them. I am waiting for feedback call but still not contacted. I again doubt my written feedback isn't tabled before the concerned and is faked with my forged signatures.
