[Resolved] Tata Motors — worst service and no commitment
I have booked Nexon XZA+ on 15 January 2019 from bafana motors pune. They committed me to delivery date on 25 January 2019. They have given us receipt of booking where delivery date mentioned as 25th January. We have processed loan through bafna. Bafna motors told us you have to do loan process as soon as possible. Every day they followed on documents for loan. My bank disbursed loan amount on 21 January 2019. After that we have not received single call from bafana motors. I have called them on 23rd January and asked when we can come on 25th January then they are saying that we are not able to deliver your car on 25th January. I am continuously follow up with them. They are not picking up phone, it's really pathetic service. They used our money. Today is 30th January
but still i have not received my car delivery date. Tried calling manager but he is not picking phone. I must say worst service of TATA .
