My tata automatic model was given to the tata gover motor bareilly vehicle no. Up25 bm5804 on 07.09.2018 due to problems in atuomatic gear system. Service centre returned the vehicle on 2.12.2018 despite vehicle in under progress. They charged rs. 11860 for service. Whereas vehicle is not in start position. We have used another vehicle to get the vehicle from service center to our house by tempo. Showroom staff has informed that you have repaired the vehicle outside showroom and its automatic gear will not be repaired further. I have not repaired the vehicle outside the service center. We have also extended the guarantee for 4 years whereas 3 years was lapsed. Why i will give repaired car outside. They returned car after 3 months with take charges rs. 11860 and no receipts provided. Only gate pass given. At the time of delivery vehicle was very bad condition. Even no air, petrol was in car. Car was in dirty condition. Even under progress token is also with car. Photo enclosed. I am very sad with tata giver motor service centre. And requested to returned my payment otherwise i will go to upbhokta form for justice.
