[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Displaying less usage before bill and in bill more usage. | |||
Tata Photon+ Fooling people with usage details. I am tired now by complaining, this is the third month facing same issue. I have Tata photon Plus No.[protected] postpaid with Plan 5 [protected]@550, Data cycle date 23rd to 22nd(Next month) On 22nd Nov, I checked my day wise data consumption and found 20 Nov-Data Used 14 MB with total 3396 MB and no entry for 21st Nov I knew I consumed some data for 21st so called customer care to know the consumption, I logged complaint that system is not showing data for 21st Nov. I had an idea about consumption of 21st 350 MB so calculated 3396 + 350=3746 MB and started to download some songs and movies about 1200 MB so can utilize 5 GB as last day of data cycle. On 27th I received bill Rs.1065/- with consumption of 5916 MB and In detailBill I found for 20 Nov data consumption 656 MB. Three times I observed last week of data consumption cycle online data consumption not displaying correctly. I called customer care and share screenshot taken on 22nd Nov with jpg format, customer care called back me and was asking for PDF, I submitted PDF. Today is 2nd Dec, I called couple of time to customer care but always been asked to wait till 2nd Dec. On 2nd Dec, received SMS "Hi! The complaint on service for your photon no [protected], ref. no.[protected] is resolved. Thanks you. I called to Customer care and asked to reopen, he said it has been closed and send another compalint no .[protected]. Prior to this 2 times I had similar issue but I stopped consumption and this time been traped. This clearly states that by fooling customers(showing pending data usage), let customers to use more data and then ask for high charges for additional usage. I would suggest customers use Photon Plus at their own risk as the high speed surfing is complemented by high mental torture at the hands of their customer care guys and their illogical system that calculates the usage.
