[Resolved] Tata Power Solar — complaint regarding 3 phase line (load extension) | |||||
Dear sir / madam, We had applied for 3 phase line (I. E. For load extension) on 29th september, 2017. The maximum time within which the work had to be done was 2 billing cycles. It has been more than 100 days now. We have been following up through the customer relationship center frequently. Even they have been sending constant mails to the back office.
