[Resolved]  Tata - SBI Credit Card — Increasing Extra Charges on Card even after paying full amount

I have a Tata Credit Card, even after paying the full bill amount of 60000 they applied extra charges to the account and the account balance has reached 5890 now. Also for past 10 months I did not receive any statement to the registered mail id. I want to close the card and also want the extra charges should be taken back by the concerned department.
