[Resolved] Tata Sky — 3 days gone but still account not activated | |||
This is really frustrating to get new connection activated on tata sky.I am really struggling to get it activated. No support from Tata sky customer care.I called them almost 20-25 times but they really don't care about it. Even spoke to your nodal officer but they also not worried about it.Did not even receive a single call backfrom them. This is really worst service i ever seen in my life. took 3 days so far just to activate the account and still not identified why its not getting activated. (In frustration)When i said i want refund if you are not able to resolve the issue then nodal officer replies " Yes you can cancel your connection we will give you refund in next 3 days". This is how they treat customer. Now i am completely mentally harassed . Please help me to get it resolve soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
