[Resolved] Tata Sky — about customer care staff and manager | |||
I called so many times to resolve my issues to customer care at on Saturday that is 8th June 2019. These are the timings;- 10 o clock, 12.00, 2.30 pm, 4.00 pm, 5.45 pm, 7.00 pm i talked to their staff they always said to me that technical support will call you within two hours . i didn't received any calls from technical support.still issue is not resolved. after this, i talked to their manager he told me the same as their staff said. they lied to me repeatedly the whole day that someone who will call me. now today morning again same thing happening to me. kindly resolve my issue or provide me one year tata sky service free.
