[Resolved]  Tata Sky — account getting deactivated, despite of making the full payment.

I took a new TATA SKY connection at Noida on 09.06.2018. My id is [protected]. I got the first month subscription of Rs 560 along with the device.
As my due date of recharge was 08.07.2018, I called the customer care to enquire about some plans. Finally, I opted for a tailored plan of Rs 380 (Rs 220 basic charge + Rs 65 for English news channel, Rs 95 HD access fee). After getting a nod from your customer executive that my plan has been changed, I made the payment to recharge my account.
On 25.07.2018, my account got deactivated. I called the Customer care again, the junior executive after hearing my problem transferred my line to a senior Official, Mr Dixit. He patently heard me, and accepted that my ticket for changing the plan was raised but the executive committed a mistake and my plan was not changed to the requested one. He told me that he is registering my complaint for this issue and till the then Iam provided with the credit till 08.07.2018, which was my new date for recharge as per my updated plan. He asked for my registered and alternate contact number on which their team will reach me.
I was overwhelmed with this gesture from Tata Sky. But my happiness did not last for longer, as again on 29.07.2018 my account was deactivated. I called the Customer care department thrice, each time I reiterated the same story and to my surprise each time after hearing my issue the executives disconnected my calls. After getting frustrated, I once again called CC and this time my line was transferred to Mr Kartik, a senior executive. Once again I repeated the same story. He said that there has been some back end problem, but nothing can be done as such and I have to recharge my account. He said that for my earlier complaint I was contacted and having resolved the problem my complaint was closed. when I asked him to repeat the number, as it was expected, it was a wrong number. Neither it was my registered number nor it was an alternate one. When I confronted him, he asked me to call [protected], through which my problem will be resolved. Since I was unaware of such number, keeping him on the line, I called this number from my registered mobile and my account got activated again. After this, he told me that this free credit will be deducted from my future recharge value. I was Astonished. He cheated upon me by not letting me understand the purpose of this free credit. He should have told me before I made a call on the number provided by him. When I opposed his coward move to address my issue, he disconnected the call.
By this time I was cursing my luck for having taken a Tata Sky connection. Once again I called the CC, and this time Mr Gautam, again a so called Senior executive was on the line. He repeated the same old story, "that we had already provided you the free credit earlier, now we cannot do anything". I argued him that I am not a beggar, it was their mistake and having accepted that earlier, they have provided this credit. He threw the blame of each and every thing on me. Finally, under deep mental stress i thought of disconnecting the connection. Despite of resolving my problem, he insisted that I may get the connection disconnected. He was so rude and then disconnected the line.

The matter is not of 200-300 Rupees. The matter is of faith and service. God knows how many innocent customers like me might have fallen prey of fraudsters like TATA SKY. With this kind of poor service you have insisted me to accept that you are not having a customer centric approach and you are highly inefficient to handle queries. I had suffered huge mental agony since then. May I know what makes you different to make us believe that you are best among the lot. ???

My humble request is that TATA SKY should be given a lesson so that they may think over thousand times before doing such unethical things with other customers. All my call records will definitely be available in their data base. If this degraded TATA Sky team, somewhere believes in Customer service, they may take this matter on urgent basis and resolve the same.
