I received Tata sky binge on 18 March 2020 which was faulty and I requested for the replacement however due to lock down it was never actioned now on 26th March 2021 the technician came to take the device back while taking he did not mention anything regarding the charges you technician came after a year to take that product and now you guys have charged me for mother after 1199 I have no where they have mentioned regarding the charges. I have not received any communication like text, email or a phone call about the charges even the technician who took the product he did not even mention that if it's not will not send the adaptor there will be a charges this is complete missguided and pathetic from[protected]. i have finlly returned to same technician and he advsied he will send it go warehouse and the charges will be waived off. From last 14 days I am unable to watch my television as my account is in -1536 overdue where is my monthly recharge is 377 who is going to compensate me for last 14 days of losses of services. i havr spoken to multiple manager even warehouse manager avinsha who assured the charges will be waived off by 8 April 2021 due to lockdown truck haven't reached the warehouse. all of sudden you guys are talking about policy that i have to pay. no ways it was never advised to me. Avinash assured and other manager's to waive off the charges. please go through your calls.Since 01 April 2021 you guys are trying to resolve this services.

This is a worst service from any Tata brand we have received so far. I don't know what is the plight of customer all over country. I had specifically written to their senior team, who chose to ignore the emails.

Credit towards the adaptor has been applied however I want the compensation for the loss of services of 12 days.
No the issue has been resolved yet. I have already mentioned credit has been applied towards the adaptor however still waiting to discuss further on the loss of services of 12 days. Pathetic service's. Complaint has been raised in April and still not resolved.
