[Resolved] Tata Sky — all connections is okay but it shows no signal after updating the setup box | |||
It all goes well and one day morning I got message o[censored]pdating set up box and then I got screen of "No Signals Found" . All connections are fine and also dish is at its proper position as before. When I call to customer care they ask me to charge of 225 INR for consultant technician at home. After all its Tata Sky fault in update setting and technician fault to not setting up dish according maximum signal possibility. Why should I have to charge for Tata Sky or technician's fault ?
