[Resolved] Tata Sky — always doing wrong by customer care | |||
I am a customer of tatasky but always i am telling to do other thing they are doing other things and for this i am suffering loss mental tension and not view tvs recently on 1st january 2018 i submited to close my secandary one connection they closed other one and we are unable to view tvwhen i call customer care they accepted a wrongly done by them i mailed to tatasky ceo but they called not accepting the truth after some conversation they accepted but only telling for last chance again it will not done by us and in july 17 also they told about a last chance so the service is very poor they disturbing only making call several times. Now i closed my all secondary connections and mood for surrender a conection but they telling that they are unable to refund of setup boxes charge paid by me this is not my asset as tv because it can be use in only tata sky so company have to give refunds and i am surrendering due to there service problem.
