[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Amount deducted from Tata Sky wallet for Pack that we didn't activated and Customer support is not ready to refund it

My Subscription id of Tata sky is - [protected], We have done Recharge of Rs.4272 on 4th Dec 2019 ( 1 year Pack which has to expire by 4th Dec 2020), But on 12th December 2019 (approx) they said they have activated some smart manager pack which is charges Rs.60/- for every week without our permission, That too when we found out our recharge is amount from wallet is Finished we raised complaint to customer care, they told to recharge from basic amount of rs.50/- to activate the amount till we get our refund, than as the case was not resolved i have raise complaint again today[protected] i got call from customer care department Executive- paramjeet i explained her again the case she said as complaint is for 6 month back recharge we can not help or refund, and very rudely denied to help ...this is the worst experience we have got from tata sky
