[Resolved] Tata Sky — annual recharge expires after 9 months | |||
We had done annual recharge of tata sky on 11/10/18. But on 15/8/19 it is showing that your balance is over and you have to recharge again. Fail to understand how can tata after taking advance money for one year subscription change on its own without taking the consent of the customer and charge differently. Even after talking to their helpline no. S and nodal office numbers no proper reply is given. This is simply cheating as if suppose the rates would have decreased would tata have paid back the customer from whom they have taken annual charge. Once if the operator has taken money for one year subsription, how can they stop the service after nine months? Was this information helpful? | |||
