[Resolved] Tata Sky — asking more money for already paid packages

My name is pradeep and am from karnataka.
I have recharged tata sky south package for one year by paying 2550/-. Previously i used to take 6 months subscription but now i have taken one year subscription by paying 2550 as mentioned in portal. Now after 6 months tata sky team asking me to pay another ~100 rs to continue remaining 6 months package. Now my question is, when i paid for one year subscription according to their add in their portal how can they turn that into 6 months and deduct more money from my account and now asking ~100 more to keep it active.
