[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Automatic deduction of amount without consent

Pls note that on the 6th of june, i had recharged my tatasky with rs. 1500/- towards my plan which was rs 750/- approx per month.
Imm i received a text 'informing' me that the whole amount has been deducted for a dhamaal mix package! I imm called the call centre, couldn't reach an agent, and therefore sent an email from the online forum.
On the 22nd when i called them back, they are telling me they have received no email from me, no intimation, and therefore i will have to pay for the days that the package was activated!
Today, they call me back and inform me, that yes, you had sent an email, but an agent called and got consent? From whom? Apparently my phone number! So either i am lying or i am delusional! Basically now they want to, have to, and must, deduct the amount for the plan activation!
What a bunch of liars! First you deduct money without my consent. I sent an email which was ignored, and i was told - never sent! Luckily i had taken a screen shot - so if anyone wanted to check veracity - had it! But this is just bs of the first order! Never expected this from a tata company!
