[Resolved]  Tata Sky — balance deducted from my bank account but recharge failed

I recharged my tatasky with rs.100 via net banking (Bank-pnb) on[protected].
The amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge failed.
I tried calling every customer care number but none was working and i even sent a text in the help portal of their official website but still no response has been recieved yet!
I want either my account to be recharged with the same amount or a refund asap (As soon as possible).

I am getting harassed by [censored] company like Tata Sky..Getting 15 calls everyday from[protected] amongst other tata sky numbers...I feel like killing myself because tata sky wont leave me alone.Plz help for legal action or give advice on how to kill myself

Hi, we see that Tata Sky Fun Learn pack has been dropped from your account.
I got an yearly subscription offer in April but at that time i was unable to recharge due to my poor financial status now i need to recharge plz allow me offer once again that's why I have already talked to customer care but I got reply to wait for some time but till now there is no call back
