We would like to inform you that tata sky dth 11 id’s of 44 box payment paid to you against installation for the same but till now you are unable to deliver us the bill for the same, due to that a problem occurred in our settlements of account.
Therefore you are requested to kindly provide us a copy of bill for the above subject cited asap.

Dear Complaint Team,
It is to inform you that we had taken Tata Sky DTH on 24.10.2016, We had paid the amount through cheque against quotation, the sales team assure to send invoice after realisation of cheque, but till now we have not received copy of bill after our repeated telepathically reminders.
Now the sales person not pic-up our phone, Kindly do the needful to avoid any conflicts.
