[Resolved] Tata Sky — billing practice

I have had tatasky for over 4 years and i am extremely unhappy with their billing practices. They randomly/in the middle of a paid month, deactivate account and are not willing to wait till the next billing cycle. Extremely poor practice especially and customer service cannot help.
Desirable resolution:
1. Credit for the days i have not been able to avail your service
2. Change this practice of billing where they deduct and deactivate middle of the month without any warning or confirmation

Not getting Sub ID, not enrolled my RMN also in Tata Sky after taking new connection just last month..
Poor services, not responding properly.
I want to stop Tata sky service, immediately.
DISH looks better than TATA.
