Tata Sky — billing practice

I have had tatasky for over 4 years and i am extremely unhappy with their billing practices. They randomly/in the middle of a paid month, deactivate account and are not willing to wait till the next billing cycle. Extremely poor practice especially and customer service cannot help.
1. Credit for the days i have not been able to avail your service
2. Change this practice of billing where they deduct and deactivate middle of the month without any warning or confirmation
