[Resolved] Tata Sky — Billing related | |||||
I had multi tv connection one standard and other hd connection taken during june 2016 and this hd has been discontinued during august / september 2016, and no dues from may end. Once i subscribed for disney channel for one month after paying required amount and later on discontinued and channel also deactivated by tata sky. Recently on 5th april i requested for sony six activation with a subscription fee of rs 60 pm. I have paid rs 120 for the above channel for two months. I have received a message that urgent payment is due on 30 th april. It seems that tata sky taken the balance for the channels which are not activated. Explaing to tata staff yields no result. May 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Sky not resolved the complaint, they are blaming the me for their unorganized billing and response system. It is well known that Tata sky Deactivate the service immediately for non- payment and they keep the account balance zero from customer side.
As early stated I have No balance of payment to Tata sky when I requested for Sony Six by Miss call on 5th April and the following sequence of message I received from the.
1.Request will be processed keep balance
2. Request completed for Disney channel Rs25 A/C balance 114.13 due on 17/4/2017 on 5th April at 08;17;46 pm - they activated the channel Diseny which is not asked for and contacted Tata sky through online chat and explained the mistake of providing Disney and they agreed to deactivate it.
3 Again Tata Sky staff contacted me 0n 14th April and I have to explain once again the above matter to him and they told to that i ave to inform for the deactivation etc and stick to their rules.
4. Recharge due Rs 265 due on 17 th April add ... on 14 th April at 01;25;41pm
5. pack request completed A/C balance 33.49 due on 17 th April new monthly charges Rs 300/ on 14 th April at 01;25;51pm
Note - within 10 seconds the different message have no meaning.
5.Recharge of Rs60 is due to day on 30th April at 01;27;13pm
6. Pack request completed a/c balance Rs49/ due date 30 th April . new monthly charges o ...on 01/05 at 06;40;49
With the above details, it is clear that tat sky is not maintaining the proper account and sends the confused message which as no meaning. The amount Rs 120 paid on 5th April is valid till 3rd/4th April. I thing, Tata Sky should give complete account details from 5th April to till date. I feel sad about Tatas Sky is on organised billing system and improper response to customer customers. I hope the Tata sky system should be capable of correcting the mistake more meaning fully rather than following set of guidelins provided by the company.
