Tata Sky — Box does not support MPEG 4

I am Vrindar Singh from Varanasi. I am a regular customer of your Tata Sky. My customer ID is [protected] & registered Mob No [protected]. I have registered a request for change of my old Set of Box on 22 May 2015 on Tata Sky Helpline. My old set of Box does not support MPEG 4 service due to this i am not able to view channels on my Tata Sky. They assured me that they will replace my old Tata Sky Set of Box within 06 to seven working days. But not any response from Tata Sky. Kindly change set of box immediately .
