Tata Sky — Broadband Modem surrendered but still Recharge amount not returned | |||
Hello, I had take Tatasky broadband in Feb 2021. Initially recharged for 6 months. later I made a recharge of 3 months on 3rd Aug 2021 but i got transferred to another city. I enquired about relocation of service but they didn’t have services in that city. So, I requested to surrender. The modem was collected on 31 aug 2021 and refund of security amont of rs. 1000/- was done. However, even after 30 mails to [protected]@tatasky and appellateauthority they didnt responded. At the rime of installation we were informwd that on cancellation of service remaining amount will be refunded and the same is also mentioned in the terms and conditions (policy) . Still, No response from their end. Never seen such a shameless response. They literally have the worst customer care services. Appx. 1450/- is the total amount to be refunded for 2 months.
