[Resolved] Tata Sky — cancel subscribed channel even after complete payment before due date | |||||
I recharged my tata sky account for star sports 1 on 21 dec 2017. I got recharged successful sms from tata sky. As per details on tata sky website star sports 1 channel has validity of 30 days. My subscription for that channel has to be till 20 jan 2018. But on 14 jan 2018 they stop broadcasting of channel with reason insufficient balance. I want to get subscription in full. I recharged it yesterday with 1710 rs as suggested by tata sky customer support executive
I made the recharge by 9 pm but didnt received the benefit even as of now
This is done consecutively 2nd time
It is quite intolerant
