Tata Sky — cancellation of 2 connection if not installed new one on 19.03.2019

I have booked a tatasky new connection on 14.03.2019, no installation has been made in time, i tried customer care toll free no. [protected] many times, problem not resolved, i have another old connection ID:[protected].
if the new connection (ID:[protected]) has not been installed by tomorrow i.e.on 19.03.2019..
i am very much interested to cancel both the connections.
