Your customer care service people are big liars.
They are like robots asking for forgiveness and have a very limited role.
What do you expect from a customer who has a yearly subscription!
We have lodged a complaint every hour since this 24 hours, yet there is no seriousness.
How pathetic! If we call multiple times you directly cancel our services! What kind of service is this???
Within a span of 15 days if these are your true colours why should we subscribe your dish service???
I want a reply on this email and services resolution quickly.
Because neither your customer care executive.
You only want give assurance and take no action.
