[Resolved]  Tata Sky — change my pack without my consent

Tata sky change my pack with out my consent, after complaints also not solving my problem.
Complaints file to trai also but not giving reply

Respected sir/madam
I m tata sky set top subscriber, my subscription i. D is [protected].

On 13 january 2019, i have subscribed annual pack sport dhamaka of tata sky, in that i could see all sports channels which i have subscribed.
But recently almost a week ago i can't see my some sports channels, for that i have lodged complaint to there help email.
But they are not solving my issue and putting all blame on you.

Copy of reply mail from tata sky help is attached to this.

Kindly look into this matter as earliest and give favorable reply

You are requested to simply go to or download the tata sky mobile app or visit your nearest tata sky dealer. These will help you choose your own channels and pack that are now mandated as per the new pricing regime.
