I want to change the plan, as per new gov guidelines we can select the plans that we want. I contacted cust care and they spoke to 2 people including supervisor and they says that the plan chnage is available for only new customers as it trial and dont even know when this will be available to existing customer which is wrong i dont want to pay more when i can select the plan and only pay for it... Really disappointed... While talking the supervisor disconnect the call and again i receive a call from a girl and she gave me [protected] num to call and change the plan which is a wrong num so disgusting
