Tata Sky — channels not working after recharge

Tata sky box not working. It is showing weather issue but weather is clear. Restarted the box but still problem is as it is.

Even after paying full amount (Recharge) channels are not working. This is a repetitive problem which was already informed but nothing has been done till date. We lost faith in tata sky. They don't have value of their customer money. This is merely a cheating.

Updated by SHREYA24 This is merely a harrashment from tata sky connection is not working and they are not bothered for the same. They are only there to take money from customer and no service is provided from them.
