[Resolved] Tata Sky — Charged Visit fee incorrectly | |
Hi, I am a Tata Sky user and my user id is [protected] My set up box is under warranty and it goes off every now and then I have requested and online visit for technician. Call center said you won't be charged for any visit since it is in warranty. When technician has done the work he asked me for a huge amount. I told him no one informed me about the amount and deducted the amount from my tata sky now they are telling me we do not inform this charge to the customer this is obvious. They are talking me in the most rude manner and closed my complaint without my confirmation. All the customer service people talked to me rudely that we do not tell this charge to customer? What kind of customer service is this this against TRAI policy not informing customer about the charge before doing the work. I need my visit charges to be refunded asap.
