[Resolved] Tata Sky — Charges for technician visit | |
There were glitches on my tv screen. All the channels were doing the same. The tech came and fixed it as the satalite antenna was not receiving proper signals. And then i got a text message saying "greetings from tata sky, charges payable towards wo# 1-1sdlm3xd completed on - 22/12/2019 - is rs.550/-. For any further queries, please call[protected]" I find it difficult to believe that we have to pay for the service and also pay to get the service properly. Was this information helpful? | |

Tata sky didn't waive that fee. I will be switching to a different service provider next month.
