Fyi i have requested for new connection by online subscriber i’d :[protected]
As i have requested on 31 technician came on 1 jan in evening 6:00pm with a not working box then he went again and came with working box @. 8 pm, as i have informed by ishita tata sky online the amount will charge 1800 with intatalation free but technician denied. He was it’s our procedure take installation money when i asked for proper bill he refused he was a i have booked online so i can’t get bill. And installation he did was worst as i am already a tata shy coustomer i didn’t accept this type of service. He canceled my online booking by saying for refreshing account, cancellation code 257320
Technicians installed antenna on temporary base i haven’t seen this type of installation even paying extra installation fee as well cables was not clipped properly.
I have recharged with two amount rs 101 and rs 1600 but i have paid 1800 rs +200for intalation fee +140 for wire extra rs although msgs showing on tv screen next recharge by 20 jan but i have informed one month free please don’t cheet coustomer
Istita was very helping, she did her follow up by calling did technician came or not.

Never imagine this type of service, kindly send some other technician and fix attena in proper manner, and refund my extra amount which I have paid off
