I am subscribed to HD channels and suddenly yesterday on 19th May i found many channels which i am paying for taken off air from my connection. When i inquired about this from the service provider i was taken aback when they told me that i have to pay extra to view those channels again. I was even told that I am not subscribed to some HD pack which is totally not factual as i was able to view all those channels earlier. Now when they are telling me that i need to pay some 1500+/month to view those channels against 1200/month which i used to pay which is totally unacceptable to me. I want to know the reason and justification of this cheating which has made me to believe Tata is no longer an ethical and customer loving company.
