[Resolved] Tata Sky — cheating on installation charges claiming without doing any installation | |||||
Tata sky is cheating new customers while activating the connection, and claiming the installation charges without doing any installation, as on existing installation, they are claiming installation charges without doing any installation. Also they are evading service tax to govt while giving new connection on different name on the existing location. I request kindly send out a claim request to tata sky to refund of rs. 1600/- claimed towards installation, and also they have not given neither bill nor receipt on the total amount paid by us rs. 2200/-. If I dont get reversal of Rs. 1601/- immediately, i have no other choice but to approach Consumer forum and claiming the amount with damages through them.
