[Resolved] Tata Sky — Cheating towards the customers | |||
As tatasky people have replaced my set top box on 30th dec and which was a refurbished one later on after two days the hard disc was coming sound so i have called the customer care and the service guy told that they told that they have to replace the box and the service guy took the box and came back after three weeks and told that the service for you will start from today and to day when i called up the customer care today as my set top box is not working they are saying that the warranty is over which was suppose to me a months time which has started on dec 30th but my new device was replaced again in the first week of jan and the new device has come to me in the month of Jan. After which they have replaced my device and told that i will be charged and they will repay me with in a weeks time and it is more than two months and they haven't returned my money back to me.
