[Resolved] Tata Sky — Complain number [protected] | |||||
Talked thrice to helpline number but no services obtained recharged as soon as the services were disconnected but my servises were not resumed mr basha from 1st two calls was asking me to wait for 1 hr 40 mins to get services resumed no one is cooperative thy disconnect call saying i used abusive language youll can check the recording pathetic services from tata sky helpline even asked for refund of my recharge amount but no one is cooperating just saying that there is no access to them. If they have no access why are they even on helpline. Mr illyas basha and mr krishna both were not cooperative instead they are threatning me by saying thy have filed an FIR and provoking me even more...third grade of services from tata sky. Never thought tata group would be serving such services. I really need an apology letter and compensation on the money charged and no services given Was this information helpful? | |||||
