[Resolved] Tata Sky — complain regarding un proper service providing and not attending calls by customer executive | |||||
Hi, I am a customer of tata sky from last couple of years. On 1 oct some channels were drop from my account without any pre intimation. When i called to customer care there number was not reachable and also number given on screen not available. Next day when i call again to customer care call was connected after 4/5 minutes and executive attended my call and i received answer that i have to talk in tamil language only they did not know hindi & english. Verified Support Oct 06, 2018 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we understand what this has been like for you. Commercial negotiations with broadcasters broke down because what they were seeking would have forced us to hike our prices. Hence we have had to drop a few channels while keeping the popular ones on. Please bear with us for some time because we are doing this in our subscriber's interest.

I didn't use Tata sky for 2 months now I again recharged to use it however I m getting pairing error.
Please resolve this issue asap.
