[Resolved] Tata Sky — complaining about pack change leading to higher charges | |
Tata sky id : [protected] The monthly pack was of rs. 270 but all of a sudden i receive message that your monthly payment is due with rs.440. Upon login to the account, i understand that the monthly pack is changed resulting in additional charges and i was totally unaware. There are no messages sent to us when the recharge packs are changed. They send messages only when payment is due. Was this information helpful? | |
